PhD student Alireza Zahedi, and a team of researchers led by Professor Una Ryan, investigated the potential risk of raw water supply contamination. The researchers investigated the prevalence of the waterborne parasite Cryptosporidium in animals inhabiting 11 Australian water supply catchments.
