Students at Murdoch University will be stamping out stress at an event on the South Street Campus on 21 October.

Stamp Out Stress Day is organised by the First Year Experience Office, which helps new students settle into university life, and the Murdoch Guild.

It will feature a range of calming activities throughout the day on Bush Court.

First Year Experience Coordinator Liz Nedela said: “The aim is to help students find ways to deal with stress before it becomes a problem.

“We’ll be giving them the chance to find their inner kid and partake in some stress-free activities, from African drumming, meditation and yoga to bubble blowing and finger painting.”
