Prospective students will attend a special fast-track enrolment breakfast at Murdoch University this weekend.

Students will be hoping to confirm their place on one of the many degree courses on offer by the time they finish their breakfast on Saturday morning.

Staff at our Perth Campus will be available on Bush Court to advise and guide attendees.

Murdoch’s next generation of students will be able to select, apply for, accept offers on courses and enrol in units starting in semester two, which begins in late July.

Complementary gourmet doughnuts and coffee will be served.

Deputy Vice Chancellor Education Professor Romy Lawson said the event would connect prospective students with all the people they will need to consult with, all under the one roof.

“We wanted to stage an event that makes it as easy and efficient as possible for our future students to begin their journeys at Murdoch,” she said.

“Our current students who need assistance with enrolling for semester two are also invited to attend.”

The Early Enrolment Breakfast follows on from a successful Re-enrolment Day for current Murdoch students staged in November 2016.

“Our students said this event was very valuable, helping them to get organised for the next semester, and giving them the opportunity to discuss their unit options with academic leaders,” added Professor Lawson.

“With the Early Enrolment Breakfast, we want to give all attendees the support they need to ensure they are ready for their studies in semester two.”

The University’s Early Enrolment Breakfast takes place at its Perth Campus on Saturday 24 June, from 9am to 12pm.
