Murdoch’s Law School has celebrated its 20th anniversary with the launch of a book, Murdoch Law School: The Search for Excellence, at the Annual Reception for the Legal Profession.

The Hon. Chief Justice Wayne Martin of the Supreme Court of Western Australia launched the book, which details the School’s history and contains reflections from current and former staff members and students as well as more than 250 pictures. The book also contains a Foreword by the Hon. Chief Justice Robert French of the Australian High Court.

Dean of Law, Professor Gabriel Moens said the book is a tribute to the many people who have contributed to the School’s success.

“During the past two decades, there have been many milestones in the rich history of the Law School,” he said.

“In order to celebrate this joyous event, the School decided that its 20th Anniversary should be marked with the publication of a commemorative coffee table book, which highlights the achievements of the School and its students since its beginning in 1990.”

The book retails at $150 and can be bought from the Law School.
